Ingredients

  • 250 ml plant milk of choice or ready-made chocolate milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (when using unsweetened plant milk)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (when using normal plant milk)
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • ground ginger
  • ground cardamom
  • ground coriander
  • cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Heat up your milk on the stove or microwave. Stir in the cocoa powder and sugar.
  • Add the spices, this is all up to your own taste, but we recommend going a bit easy on the cardamom and cayenne pepper as they can take over quite quickly.
  • Optional: you can use a hand or electric milk frother to add a nice layer of foam to your drink.
  • Decorate with mini marshmallows and enjoy with a biscuit!
