  • 200 ml plant milk (divided into ½ cup and ⅓ cup)
  • 5 ts semolina (ca. 25 gr)
  • 4 ts sugar (ca. 20 gr)
  • ¼ ts vanilla aroma

  • Wet the inside of the bowl that you want to serve the desert in
  • Pour the plant milk into a pan and turn up the heat
  • Once it reaches boiling point, turn the heat down and stir in the other ingredients
  • Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick
  • Pour the mixture into the desert bowl and put it in the fridge
  • Wait (impatiently) for 30 minutes for it to settle

Variation tips:
  • Stir in a handful of raisins or dates
  • For chocolate flavour: add a tablespoon of cacao and an extra teaspoon of sugar
  • Replace the vanilla aroma with a teaspoon of a different aroma… or a teaspoon of your favorite liquor
  • Serve with fresh berries
