Scrambled Tofu – Valentine’s Day Breakfast

It's almost Valentine's Day. Surprise someone you love with this homemade breakfast.

  • 200 gram tofu not pressed
  • 1 tsp kala namak black salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil or vegan butter


  • Crumble the tofu into pieces.
  • Mix the turmeric and pepper, add to the crumbled tofu and mix well.
  • Heat some oil in a pan.
  • Add the crumble mix to the pan.
  • Add the kala namak.
  • Cook till the desired colour.
