Scrambled Tofu – Valentine’s Day Breakfast
It's almost Valentine's Day. Surprise someone you love with this homemade breakfast.
- 200 gram tofu not pressed
- 1 tsp kala namak black salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil or vegan butter
- Crumble the tofu into pieces.
- Mix the turmeric and pepper, add to the crumbled tofu and mix well.
- Heat some oil in a pan.
- Add the crumble mix to the pan.
- Add the kala namak.
- Cook till the desired colour.
