Plant-Based Universities Nijmegen is a joint effort between VSA Nijmegen, Green+, Plant-Based Universities Netherlands, Scientist Rebellion Radboud University and Scientists for Future Nijmegen. Our goal is to convince Radboud University to adopt a 100% vegan menu.
