Peanut Rocks

These crunchy bites are quick and easy to make. Perfect as a snack while studying!

  • 60 grams peanuts
  • 80 grams dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp cornflakes


  • Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it.
    – microwave: about 650 watt, stir every 20 seconds
    – pan: low heat, stir continuously
  • When the chocolate has melted, add the peanuts and the cornflakes and stir so they are fully coated with chocolate.
  • Using two spoons, scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or a silicone mat (to prevent sticking), making about 5 rocks.
  • Cool far at least an hour in the fridge.


VARIATION: add some raisins or date pieces if you want them a little sweeter, this will also make them a bit chewier.
You could also use another type of chocolate 🙂
