
Peanut Rocks
These crunchy bites are quick and easy to make. Perfect as a snack while studying!
Ingredients
- 60 grams peanuts
- 80 grams dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp cornflakes
Instructions
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it.– microwave: about 650 watt, stir every 20 seconds– pan: low heat, stir continuously
- When the chocolate has melted, add the peanuts and the cornflakes and stir so they are fully coated with chocolate.
- Using two spoons, scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper or a silicone mat (to prevent sticking), making about 5 rocks.
- Cool far at least an hour in the fridge.
Notes
VARIATION: add some raisins or date pieces if you want them a little sweeter, this will also make them a bit chewier.
