Parsnip Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Parsnips (400g)
  • 2 Vegetable cubes
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the parsnips, then cut the parsnips into cubes.
  • Add some olive oil in a pan and add the parsnips in the pan. Let it sauté for about 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 litre of water to the pan along with the two stock cubes. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Blend everything together and add pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!
