
Parsnip Soup
The perfect addition to your Christmas Dinner or as a starter at any other occasion! A quick and easy soup for the colder times!
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 3 Parsnips (400g)
- 2 Vegetable cubes
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the parsnips, then cut the parsnips into cubes.
- Add some olive oil in a pan and add the parsnips in the pan. Let it sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add 1 litre of water to the pan along with the two stock cubes. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Blend everything together and add pepper to taste.
