  • 300 grams wheat flower
  • 600 ml plant milk
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp oil


  • Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix
  • Add the oil and plant milk and whisk until smooth
  • Heat a pan on medium heat, lightly grease it with some butter, and spoon some batter in the pan
  • Brown the pancake on both sides
