
Sharing Session: Coping Mechanisms [Members Only]

Do you want to share with fellow VSA members how you deal with anxiety and stress? On Thursday, 29th of April we are organizing another sharing session. This time the topic will be coping mechanisms. What does coping actually mean? We will talk about how coping mechanisms work and which ones there are. Then we will invite people to share how they cope with their anxiety during times of Corona and in general. Finally, we will discuss research-based suggestions on how to cope with anxiety and talk about them and reflect critically. Everyone is welcome to come, whether you deal with anxiety or someone around you does. Please keep in mind that our sharing session is no replacement for therapy, but rather a safe environment to share feelings and experiences.
