Midweek Morning Yoga [Member +1]

Do you find it hard to start your morning? We feel you! Let us switch up your morning mood by doing some yoga together. This time in the middle of the week, to get you energized to tackle the rest of the week with renewed energy

No worries, you don’t have to be a yogi or have done yoga before. We will start gently with practicing sun salutations to get energized for the upcoming week. It is a nice way to come in a flow and get out of your head, right into your body. Our VSA Secretary Charlotte who followed Yoga Teacher Training last year, will give this yoga session. So, put on some comfy sport clothes, get on your mat and join our VSA Yoga Session to start your week together with fellow vegans. You can also invite one more person like your roommate, friend, parent, pet etc. to join us on the mat. 🌞🧘
