Wanna take an active lunch break and energise for the rest of the day? π€Έπ½ββοΈ Then you should join the Lunch Break Yoga with Charloga. It is a nice way to stretch, relax and get some energy back in your body! Sitting behind the laptop can cause tension in your neck and shoulder area, so that will be our focus during the session. π
No worries, you don’t have to be a yogi or have done yoga before. Our VSA Secretary Charlotte who followed Yoga Teacher Training last year, will gently guide you through this yoga session! Looking forward to seeing you there. π§π½ββοΈ
