Beach fun

🎶 Let’s go to the beach, beach 🎶
Well… the closest thing we have to a beach here in Nijmegen.

Join us on the last day day of spring to unwind from exams and the world in general.
Come chill with us by the banks of the Waal and enjoy an evening of swimming, eating snacks, playing games, roasting marshmallows and watching the sunset! 🥰🌅

Don’t forget to bring your own cup for drinks, swimwear, a towel (or something else to sit on) and sunscreen 🏊😎

Note: swimming is of course optional! We will keep an eye on the official advice given (zwemwater.nl)

📍 WHERE: Waalstrandje (the one near the Ooijpolder). We can meet by the Wandelbrug Ooypoort and look for a spot together. We will send a live location in the group chat!

⌚ WHEN: Friday, 20th of June, 19:00

👥 WHO: Open to everyone!

♿️ ACCESSIBILITY: If you want to use the toilet or get changed, the nearest toilets are at De Kaaij. Getting to the beach requires going over some stairs, so unfortunately this event is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
