Africa potluck 🌍🫘

The second stop on our Around the World Potluck Tour is the second largest continent on our globe: Africa 😍 With a population of 1.6 million people living in over fifty countries, African cuisine has a wide variety of dishes! Think of a Gambian pumpkin stew, Moroccan chickpea couscous or Ethiopian tomato-lentil stew. Although generally underrepresented compared to other cuisines, there are many vegan possibilities within African cuisine for food to cook yourself or buy in a store! 🥜🍲🌽 

Don’t forget to bring a plate and cutlery as well 🍽️ Looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday 7 October for a fun evening! 🎉🌿

👥 WHO: Open to everyone, including non-members! As always, non-students and non-vegans are also welcome.
