Africa Potluck
Africa potluck ππ«
The second stop on our Around the World Potluck Tour is the second largest continent on our globe: Africa π With a population of 1.6 million people living in over fifty countries, African cuisine has a wide variety of dishes! Think of a Gambian pumpkin stew, Moroccan chickpea couscous or Ethiopian tomato-lentil stew. Although generally underrepresented compared to other cuisines, there are many vegan possibilities within African cuisine for food to cook yourself or buy in a store! π₯π²π½
