Are you curious about what’s happening behind the scenes of VSA Nijmegen? 👀 Then come to our General Assembly on October 5th! A GA is a meeting where the board explains what they have been up to for the past six months and propose changes to our association. All members are invited to join the GA to discuss and vote on these important decisions, including the appointment of the new board, the annual and financial report, and the new policy plan and budget. 🗳️🌱

The GA will be in room -01.360 of the Elinor Ostrom building (Heyendaalseweg 141) , with a walk-in period from 17:15 onwards, and starting at 17:30. Dinner will be provided by the board. 🍽️

You are eligible to vote at the GA if you are a regular member, that is, you’re a VSA member in the 2026-2027 academic year, and you study at the RU or HAN, or studied at the RU or HAN in the previous academic year. We need enough members attending to reach a valid voting assembly, so please try and keep the date free. If you can’t make it, you can also choose to appoint someone who may vote on your behalf. 🗳️
