Egg salad
This versatile dish is easy to make and resembles the 'real thing' perfectly!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise (vegan ofcourse: for example Mayolijn)
- 2 tbsp hummus natural
- 1 tbsp soy or oat cuisine
- 2 tsp chives freshly cut
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash (sea) salt
- 250 gr tofu regular
- 1/4 tsp kala namak
Instructions
- Drain the water from the tofu and cut into small cubes.
- Mix the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the tofusquares and mix well.
