Christmas Menu Main – Flammkuchen
An easy but yet delicious recipe for Christmas that will still steal the show!

Ingredients
- 1 flammkuchen dough roll
- 12 green asparagus
- 9 cherry tomatoes
- 1 can red pesto (not all of them are vegan)
- 10 sundried tomatoes
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Roll out the flammkuchen dough on a baking tray
- Spread the pesto out on the dough
- Cut the asparagus and cherry tomatoes in half and top the dough with it
- Add the pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
- Put the flammkuchen in the oven for 10/15 minutes
- Cut the sundried tomatoes in half. When the flammkuchen is ready, put the sundries tomatoes on top, and your flammkuchen is ready to serve!
