Apple-pie yoghurt
A warm and comforting dish, great at any time of the day!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain plant yoghurt
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp plant butter
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 apple
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour yoghurt in a bowl, add oats and vanilla extract; mix well and set aside.
- Cut the apple (either peeled or not) into small pieces.
- Melt the plant butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Chop the walnuts into small pieces and add these together with the raisins to the pan. Let simmer.
- Add the apple and the cinnamon to the pan and stir well.
- Remove the pan from heat once the apple is soft and add the contents to the yoghurt in the bowl.
- Mix well and enjoy!
