Apple-pie yoghurt

A warm and comforting dish, great at any time of the day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plain plant yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp plant butter
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Pour yoghurt in a bowl, add oats and vanilla extract; mix well and set aside.
  • Cut the apple (either peeled or not) into small pieces.
  • Melt the plant butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
  • Chop the walnuts into small pieces and add these together with the raisins to the pan. Let simmer.
  • Add the apple and the cinnamon to the pan and stir well.
  • Remove the pan from heat once the apple is soft and add the contents to the yoghurt in the bowl.
  • Mix well and enjoy!
