Let’s put on our pyjamas, get a cup of tea, light a candle and have a cozy yoga session together. It is a nice way to slowly calm down your mind and relax your body after a day of studying and working. No worries, you don’t have to be a yogi or have done yoga before. Our VSA Secretary Charlotte who followed Yoga Teacher Training last year, will gently guide you through this yoga session right into your dreams, so you have a restorative sleep.
