Egg salad

This versatile dish is easy to make and resembles the 'real thing' perfectly!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise (vegan ofcourse: for example Mayolijn)
  • 2 tbsp hummus natural
  • 1 tbsp soy or oat cuisine
  • 2 tsp chives freshly cut
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 dash (sea) salt
  • 250 gr tofu regular
  • 1/4 tsp kala namak

Instructions
 

  • Drain the water from the tofu and cut into small cubes.
  • Mix the other ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the tofusquares and mix well.
