Christmas Menu Main – Flammkuchen

An easy but yet delicious recipe for Christmas that will still steal the show!

  • Oven


  • 1 flammkuchen dough roll
  • 12 green asparagus
  • 9 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can red pesto (not all of them are vegan)
  • 10 sundried tomatoes
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
  • Roll out the flammkuchen dough on a baking tray
  • Spread the pesto out on the dough
  • Cut the asparagus and cherry tomatoes in half and top the dough with it
  • Add the pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
  • Put the flammkuchen in the oven for 10/15 minutes
  • Cut the sundried tomatoes in half. When the flammkuchen is ready, put the sundries tomatoes on top, and your flammkuchen is ready to serve!
