
Brownies
For the chocolate lovers among us

- oven pan or dish (approx. 20 by 30 cm)
Ingredients
- ¾ cup plant butter
- 1½ cup dark chocolate broken into pieces
- 2 cups sugar
- 1½ cup flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180°C and line an oven pan or dish (approx. 20 by 30 cm) with parchment paper.
- Heat margarine and chocolate chips in a pan on low heat until melted and set aside
- Mix together the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl
- Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the dry ingredients until it forms a crumbly mixture
- Add the plant milk and vanilla extract and mix well until smooth
- Spread the batter into a prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.
